1. Please note that the company operate ‘normal’ shop hours:
   9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. An answer machine is on outside of these hours.
   We are closed on all Bank Holidays
   During these times we are able to respond to customer’s requests and queries:

2. We promise to deal with all queries/complaints promptly. We will acknowledge these individually (certainly within 5 working days) and anticipate resolving most within 14 days. During this time we will keep you informed of all/any development. Please note that at no time are your statutory rights affected. Finally, you are invited to contact the company’s main executive and senior partner, Brian Brooks, who is responsible for implementing and monitoring our privacy policy, if at any time you are dissatisfied with our service. 3. Where customers have not resided at their current/delivery address long enough to have been included on the Electoral Roll, we shall require details of previous occupancy where this information is available
4. Cookies (tracking devices) are used only on our shopping page to keep track of the contents of your ‘shopping cart’ once an item is selected
5. Faulty/damaged goods must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
6. Cancelled orders must be notified within 7 days of reciept. Returned goods will not be accepted if dirty, used, soiled or damaged. A 20% administration charge will apply to cancelled orders.
